  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Timeframe: You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned item.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts).

7. Shipping Issues

If you did not receive your order or received the wrong item, please contact us at info@styleuplift.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.

8. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

9. Warranty and Repairs

  • Powerbanks: Powerbanks come with a 12-months warranty. If your powerbank is defective, please contact us within the warranty period for a replacement or refund.
  • Wallets and Mobile Accessories: Wallets and mobile accessories come with a 7-day warranty for defects. Please contact us if you experience any issues within this period.
